Research

Preclinical anti-inflammatory and antiarthritic activity of the plant products, semi-synthetic and synthetic molecules against various pharmacological models in vivo including the mechanistic evaluation. Also PK-PD, safety/ regulatory studies (detailed acute, sub-acute, sub-chronic and chronic toxicity studies, and other major pharmacological profile (CVS, CNS, GIT, etc) as per OECD guidelines in rodents for in –house/ sponsored drug candidates. Genotoxicity evaluation of the drug like molecules from plant is the new explored area.
